Masonry repair and restoration expertise with various iconic and historic structures. Rope access techniques allow us to work with minimal interference.
Our work has included masonry unit repair and replacement, repointing, gutter assessment and repair, window and doorway arch rebuilding, and decorative concrete repair.
Our team possesses the ability to perform detailed and highly accurate work in a variety of situations and environments.
We were successfully able to install an engineered reinforcement system for critical elevator components, rebuild problem areas of the elevator room floor slab, and manage intersecting trades for the completion of several additional scopes of work.
Quantum staff have developed a system for the careful at-height reinstatement of destabilized masonry units.
The advantage to property managers is the low-disturbance nature of rope access work for building tenants, or for work where alternative access methods are not feasible.
